hotsaucegolden1 oh wow. only 3-5 rep range all the time? how many times a week? okay i think i match up to some of those lifts but strong dumbbell pressing and deads! i dont deadlift it hurts my back but im gonna include it again in my next program. Jan 23, 2013 5:57pm
