Fit Status:
Focusing on hitting weekly targets not Yearly ones!
I was in Chicago to visit my friends together with my wife and she took out the pictures she had taken over the last year and saw a trend. When she got to the most recent pictures it was like a punch in the face. Moment I came back I hit the Gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives me the energy to get it done the next day and the day after that, etc. Without it I'd be a junkie sitting infront of the TV set everyday downing junk food. Wasting life!!!. Get up and GO!
How I Stay Motivated:
The people in the bodygroups and the ones who stop by and drop some comments. Updating my pic once in a while to see where I am at, where I came and where I still have to go!
Seeing people on the forums helping each other out and the people in my inspired list!
BB Accomplishments:
Sprinting 8-18-09.
Might sound easy but for me being only 5 months after an ACL and Maniscus Reconstruction op_ that was success>!

Goal (Long):
A well thought out goal would be realistic to accomplish, I'm not a realist cuz everyone around me says I can't do it. My Long term Goal is to Keep turning Heads and have more people tell me its impossible. I love the Jealousy feeling from others cuz it motivates me, I love the fact they use the impossible trick to play my head to quit when its only an excuse that justifies their non-existent training routines, drinking and what they think is a good time. Try getting a PUMP, now that's a good time.
To Reach 12% Body Fat by December 24th 2009! Christmas!
To Reach 10% By Ash Wednesday 2010!
To Reach 8% By Easter 2010!
To Reach 6% By July 2nd 2010! (MY 26th!)
To get down to 5% bodyfat by July 2nd 2010(26th B-day). To build lean muscle mass. Gain 12 lbs of muscle in the same time period. Total target weight by July 2nd, 2010 is 190.

I had to ditch the Ripptoe program. My back and core just aren't strong enough to take doing squats 3 days a week. I was having some back problems and my motivation was really suffering. I do like the 5x5 programs. Got any good ones?

I'm all healed up and gettin ready to hit the gym as we speak. Delts and arms today! Rock n roll man. I'm trying this new supplement called Hemo-Rage Black by Nutrex. Let ya know how it goes :)
Depends on which one you are talking about, I have done quite a few contests now and compete regularly, my next is on 22nd of november in Lynwood, WA. May be going back and doing some powerlifting as well.

Hey brother sorry for the late response. Trap is doing much better now. No idea what that sissy thing was about... might have tried to give him advice or something but he took offense. I started a new job so I can only get to the gym 2-3 times a week now but I'm making the most of it. Your gettin really cut man keep it up! Oh congrats on fatherhood too :)
