Someone told me I was getting fat and that I would not lose it. So I brought home a few trophy's and earned a sponsorship from ********* to prove them wrong.

'Sup Cortier?! Good to see U are doing fine. And yes, you KNOW the deal with the squats AND SLDs. Totally a Luv-Hate relationship. And as Nairo says, we don't like what is NECESSARY - i.e. usually tough training days. I must say, the past 2 months have NOT been "fun" at all... BUT, I'm pleased with the results. Don't be such a stranger... *smile*
Yeah, since you became a SuperStar, you ain't got time for us "little" folks. That's ai'ight. But, hey, I'm doing ALL that I can TO MAKE IT! Stay tuned my friend... *smile*
You look familiar as well. I'm not in Waco anymore, I transferred to College Station about a month ago. I get back there occasionally, but not all that often. When I was there I was training mostly in the evenings.
I'm sre I'll run into you at some point... :)
I Always appreciate the emcouragement. Especially from someone with a physique like yours! When do you train normally? I mean ehat time. I usually train mon- fri somewhere between six and nine. I could always use the tips from someone with your experince.
Thanks Cortier! We gonna' switch some stuff up for the N.Am. show. Just tweak a few things. I'm still in awe of the rapid progress I made in just a few months after the ACL surgery. He's good. Ready to hit it hard NOW! C U Later. *smile*
Hey There 'RipD'! Just stopping by. Hey, couple weeks ago my leg was dayyyum near ripped to the bone. {lol} No worries, 32 stitches and a trophy later. Have a Greet training Week. *smile*
