Whole-Body Traing Split
As a beginner weight trainee, I'm going to start working on a whole-body training split routine. Going to stay on this routine for six months. (Jan. 29, 2013 to July 31, 2013) I then plan to do a three day split routine that targets the major muscle groups with a longer routine after July 31st.
