Thx Rob, any suggestions on how to get rid of this water bloat post contest? When I wake up in the AM, seems all is ok, but as the day goes on, I get major water build up. I am drinking 26 cups water a day to try and flush it out.

Dawn, thanx for the compliment, I have a long way to go though. Diet it finally spot on, so that should help me alot. Nice to know I am not the only one out there fighting off a disease. Bodybuilding gives us the best chance, IMHO. God bless and much success to you! -Tom

One other thing John, when I do standing calve raises, my traps always come out from under the pads as bruised - any tips on how to avoid that (other than avoiding the exercise - lol) Thx!

BuffMother - any suggestions on how to get my wife motivated to workout? She could use it to help stave off some health issues that may be coming for her if she doesn't do something about it. She just isn't motivated and I don't know how to get her mind set changed. Thx and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
