hmmm i have nooo idea whats those places are, i dont get out much lol, work gym sleep and repeat, but its soooo nice out im gunna have to start adding in a bit more social life outside stuff

hey, well in october i did a fitness test that i had been training for and did really well then in november i got my wisedom teeth pulled and ive been kinda slacking out it. maintaining but no real solid progression. fotunately workouts have always and will always be a passion and a big part of my life no matter what but im definately not as obsessively dedicated and committed as i was 3 months ago. hows it going for you?

well tomorrow i get up for work at 4am...at 8am i take my lunch break for an hour and a half workout and i will be doing biceps and shoulders...which are my favorites :D lol and they need a lot of work! then sunday im off in the day so it'll be my long run and lower body workout then in to work for a night shift..wso my weekend is really not much of one! yourself?
