i always liked to run but i started working out regularly for work purposes then just loved it...now it feels like work gets in the way of workouts...go figure
Why I Love It:
The perks are nice, strength, health, hotter appearance, all of those things are nice benefits of working out, but I dont think those things alone are what drives you. I think to stay dedicated you reeeeeally have to love it just for the love of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to live a life that I am proud of, so I do. I want to admire myself so I skip off to the gym and am 100% IN every minute of it. Every time I finish a workout I am a happier person and I am content and at peace with myself regardless of what other issues I may have.

Goal (Long):
I'd say ive made fitness an everyday consistent part of my life. My workout is usually the starting point for planning my day. I have no fear of every losing that drive or love for it. What i would like to work on is getting my body from good to great. I plan to really start challenging myself in the gym and the biggest goal for me is to REALLY clean up my nutrition. again..its OK but it could and should be GREAT. So thats where im at :) thanks for listening and thanks to everyone on here cause WOW this site is motivating!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. I dont like the stationary bikes or ellliptical...whatevers..just like to run, especially outside, track, road, hills, races, slow, morning, night, running is my favorite thing ever
so, ive decided im going to do a little bit of comparison between relationships with a person and relationships with fitness. My gym was packed with people around jan this year. tons of folks with their new years resolutions that lasted not much longer than a month. Now with the warmer...
My days really depend on how i feel, i mix it up a lot and i dont live a monday to friday week cause i do shift work. I rest on the day in between my night shifts cause theres just no time in there, i work sleep then back to work again and night shifts are tooooo busy to get in for a workout on...
i so agree with you. i want my calender. wanna be in one with me. ;). lol. i work with a bunch of great guys at one of the fire stations i work at and they even agree we work harder than them. lol. same with pd here.
