I was obese most of my life like my most family,at thirteen years old i was at my worst i weighed 300pounds at 5'5 and i always wanted to be a superhero i was told for years that i cant be,than bodybuilding entered my life and joined the military so now i am a hero in uniform. OORAH!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE BODYBUILDING BECAUSE IT STRENGHTHENS MY MIND AND BODY AND THE MAIN REASON I DO WHAT I DO IS BECAUSE I LOVE IT,RELIEFS STRESS IN MY LIFE HELPS ME IN MY MILITARY BACKGROUND AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
How I Stay Motivated:
I KNOW THE OUTCOME WILL BE WORTH IT,OF WORKING OUT TRAINING TO BECOME A SUPER SOLDIER AND THE MAIN REASON I DO WHAT I DO IS BECAUSE I LOVE IT
i AM THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE UNIVERSE A MAN WITH INCALCULABLY POWERFUL
PHYSICAL , TELEKINETIC AND TELEPATHIC ABILITIES,
AND CAN MANIPULATE THE ATOMIC ENERGY MATTER OF ALL THINGS,AND IS
ALSO UNBEATABLE IN HAND TO HAND COMBAT,AND HAS A GOD LIKE APPERENCE.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
LOOKING BACK IN MY LIFE SEEING HOW THINGS WERE THEN IMAGINING MY FUTURE AND SEEING HOW THINGS CAN BE AND KNOWING THE GOAL THAT I WANT TO ACQUIRE I CAN ACHIEVE

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
NO PAIN NO GAIN BUT IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANT ENJOY THE PROGRESS OF BETTERING YOUR SELF BESIDES THE OUT COME IS WORTH IT
