When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I was always fatigued. I was having alot of chest pains and praying to God nightly to let me live to see the morning and I would do better. (I was tired of it and I know GOD was too) I had lower back pain. I got tired of it all. I wanted a new life. So I began reading for information. I read alot of profiles on ediet and just did alot of research which was mental preparation. It was about 30 days of mental prep and then one day on a thursday in December I just took off with a lifestyle change(I didn't wait for monday to start). I started exercising at work by forcing myself to take my two 15min breaks and I would walk around the building and this was in Jan 07 in the cold. I started focusing on 10lbs at a time and what it would be like to see 10lbs less on the scale.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love the MENTAL benefits it offers as well as the physical. It is empowering! I accept challenges and I seek them out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do alot of reading fitness mags, window shopping and online window shopping. In the beginning I did visualization and it really works.
BB Accomplishments:
My weight can be seen on the scale. I remember when I first started my weight would not register on a home scale it would read "OL"(overload) lol!!!

Christmas 06. I was still in my mental prep at this time, but on Dec 28th ( notice a THURSDAY not on Monday) became the beginning of my journey. I was over 300+ I look at this in awe!

Goal (Long):
I would like to be able to go sleeveless and wear shorts without being embrassed. I have been overweight all my life and now I am over age 40 I wonder if I can get rid of the arms totally. I would like to be 140-150 "totally toned" pounds. I have been on this journey since Jan 07 and lost about 70lbs, but the last year I have gained and lost the same 10lbs. I don't care about the age factor I'm thinking BIG: I'm going for a "totally toned body: arms, thighs, butt and abs. I can do it.
Is my FB friend and she led me to this site and another site which has ramped my motivation! I read her awesome profile and viewed her pics and I can do it.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Alicia Marie. She is very feminine. She is sexy and looks nothing like a man and I think it's wonderful that women train like that but I think women should keep the appearance of a woman and not look so manly. I want definition, but I wanna keep looking like a lady in and outta my clothesAlicia Marie. She is very feminine. What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Well it's December now and it's beginning to feel alot like Christmas. Somehow I think I've gotten the ideal of this whole eating and training thing. I have read, read and read many articles and many bodyspace pages for tips to aid in my success. I've gotten some good info I can use to help...
Hey girlfriend...Merry Christmas, hope Santa was good to you or for you LOL Yes i really like Lean Out and i stack it with the 7-Keto i tried to find another product that was comparable but there seems to be none. I cycle 6 wks on 1 wk off. I’m a big coffee drinker so it’s hard for me to tell if there is any side affects often found in products like Hydroxycut or Lipo. but I’ve never had any issues other than the 7-keto which is estrogen so it reversed my menopause.
