3 sets of Tricep Pushdowns, 8-12

Tuesday - Back and Biceps
Back Exersices-
3 sets of Chin Ups, 8-12
3 sets of One Arm Dumbell Rows, 8-12
3 sets of Bent Over Barbell Rows, 8-12
3 sets of Lat Pulldowns, 8-12
3 sets of Barbell Shrugs, Until Failure
