I have a friend named Ian who was bigger then me freshmen year and i didnt like it so i worked out now i just got addicted and i love it so much and i needed to get bigger for football
Why I Love It:
Its the best feeling in the world once you finish you feel like your day is complete and seeing the results you get you get very happy i cant even explain how good it feels. And the pump feels greeeeaat
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate my self i wanna get huge i wanna be big. no one else can change my opionions or how i feel about it. The music i listen too makes a major affect on how hard i work out 5FDP ans Signs of Betrayal pump me up so much i get a pump just listening to the stuff!! Its great words cant explain how Kick ass working out is its ****ing AWSOME!!!

Hey Ridge, it looks like since you got hooked on working out you've done an incredible job. Awesome physique man. Great chest and arms and incredible small waist. It looks like 200 won't be a problem for you at the rate you are going. Keep pushing it hard and training with intensity.
