How I Started:
I've been working out for a few years now, but wasn't seeing the results that I wanted and couldn't stay motivated. I wanted more of a steady workout program that I could follow. That's when I decided to start P90X!
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that my body is healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
P90X does a great job of keeping you motivated and pushing you to do more. Now my motivation is myself - I love being healthy and I look at building muscle as a challenge...how far can I go?

Honest Abe - it suits him well :) Abe has always been there for me for any questions or advice that I have needed. He goes into every situation with an open mind and gives you 100% of his attention and thought. He works so hard and his progress is phenomenal!
Where to begin....from countless pointers to endless advice, he has always been there for me. He works so hard and has a huge heart; I'm glad that I can call him my friend.
I'm peeking from the shadows..LOL. Reality is it is a busy time of year for me at work. I also have a bum shoulder and have been sulking over that a bit since it is preventing me from working out my upper body. Lots of cardio though!
