Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I snapped my medial bicep tendon, tearing one head of the biceps completely off the bone. It necessitated a surgical repair. I did it on June 20th 2007; as of now, January 2008, I'm still recovering.
