I´ve always been a big fan of Marvel Comics, espesciely Spiderman and Xmen´s Wolverine.
Since I was a little boy I´ve always admirred their muscles and what they could do with them, and ever since I opened my first Spiderman Comic I could´nt wait to get in a gym, lift those weights and become what I saw in the comics... But the road is still long...
Why I Love It:
Preparing my self both fysical and mentally before entering the gym, the deep breathing before a set, the pain, the lactid acid flooding your muscles, the pump....EVERYTHING before and after is a delight that I have comed to love, and I always will!
How I Stay Motivated:
My magazines (mostly FLEX and Muscle&Fitness) are my biggest motivation and The Oak, Arnold Schwarzengger, is my biggest motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
I wanna be in the top 3 at next years Loaded Cup in Denmark

Goal (Long):
I have just finished cutting down for 6 weeks, so now it´s all about gaining some weight again.
Want to (hopefully) add around 3-4 KGs of muscle within the next 2 months - should be possible.
After that, i am cutting down again...
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I always have my workout log (in a form of an A6 log book / workout diary) with me to the gym, where i write in every rep, set, exercise and weight, and when i come home i type all of that into my computer.
That way it´s easy for me to see when i make some progres in strength, and to know exactly what i lifted the last time, so i can do even better the next!
