Reason: He was there for me right when I started. His support and his help motivated me to push myself harder and harder each time I stepped into my gym. I'm not sure how he found me but I am greatful that he did. He's a good friend to have, And he always has a helping hand.

Reason: rico is a real winner.. he was the only one that helped me inside here and he gives me power not to give up even when i feel very tired. since i entered bodyspace he was here for me trying to make me decide hit the weights and stop being stuck on my bodyfat. now i ve seen the results. even if i was eating normally everything, even chocolate i was hitting the weights and i LOST 5% bodyfat without diet in less than a year! i will never starve myself again.
