Thats great bro. Sounds like its working well for you. Yes, Wendover has more equipment then Bton. I tried some new things today. I took last week off for the first time ever. Lost some motivation when I found out why I cant grow and why. I have never felt chest burning while training, no matter what. Bummer. So im settling on being happy and content that im healthy and in some sort of shape. Anyway you keep on rocking it. One day we will meet.

Sup Josh? I was at your gym this morning at like 530. I had to drop someone off at the airport at 430. So it didnt make sense to go back to Bton, and Wendover was right there. It was cool and empty so, I got it all done. So whats up with you? Its been a while.
