Overall Goal: Thursday, March 5, 2009 was 1 year since I got seriously back into training. I have lost 20 lbs and gained back 7 of hopefully muscle. My goal was meet and my goal to gain 20 lbs of muscle is in effect. Let see how it goes.
Fit Status:
Chinups with 50-75 lbs hanging to the body. That = 235 lbs total.
I been training off and on for years. Going in a 6-730 am. No progress. In March, I started going on my lunch hour. 30 minute intense circuit training everyday. 15 minutes a body part. In the last 30 days, I have seen remarkable change, more energy and strength. So my change officially started March 3, 2008.
Why I Love It:
Feels great. Look better. Get stronger and it helps promote better health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I hit the gym at 6:00 am each weekday and start out with Calisthenics for my 450 reps in 15 mins workout that I designed for me. Then I do my body parts of the day. I also do a calis/lifting combo workout now. I have had great gains and a mega source of of energy and endurance.
BB Accomplishments:
I had double rotator cuff surgeries. I had to start over from scratch. Bar pounds only on the Smith machine. BTW: The Smith Machine is my hero. As of 9-4-08, I have maxed 250 on bench press. For me that is a major accomplishment.

Give a boy a barbell, and he will train for a day. Teach a boy how to workout and he will train for a lifetime.

Goal (Long):
1. I have genetic Hypertension. Trying to stay active to keep pressure down and stay active without taking medication.
2. To feel good about myself and look better. Get stronger and keep healthy.
Greg has been there for me and has helped me through alot of tough BB moments and gave me the encouragement I needed. Also he has helped me get my diet on track. Even when he was away from BB for a while, he kept in touch and let me know how he was doing, and this help keep me motivated to keep going, no matter what. Greg Tyler, you totally rock. Thanks my brother.
Matt wrote about me inspiring him. However, he is one who inspires me. As a teenager, he is very mature, respectful, kind and considerate of others. Not too many teens are like that these days. He is also very motivational and encouraging to me because as I watch him progress and grow, it builds up my own confidence that it can be done no matter what. We have a common interest in helping people and that is something that will help him in life. He also is a great kid. Its a pleasure knowing him.
So today I made my goal on the leg press. 1000 lbs on the leg press. That really made my day. I am so hype over this. This may seem like very light work for some bodybuilders, but for me this was a great feat. I am very proud of myself. Especially since I been training for a year last week and...
yeah man i know what you mean i hate those days. they happen to me often as well. I hope that you can get back on track soon brother. keep it up. later
Thanks for the comment lol, but if you actually read anything in my profile or read my logs to see my actual diets, you'd see that I'm not actually on a liquid_diet. It's just a play on words :P
