I been training off and on for years. Going in a 6-730 am. No progress. In March, I started going on my lunch hour. 30 minute intense circuit training everyday. 15 minutes a body part. In the last 30 days, I have seen remarkable change, more energy and strength. So my change officially started March 3, 2008.
Why I Love It:
Feels great. Look better. Get stronger and it helps promote better health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I only have 30 minutes. Either I get in a do it or I fail. I dont talk to anyone (conversations). Not being cocky just focused. I dont slow down. I just jump in and go for it.
Since July 2, I no longer had that lunch hr to train. So no I hit the gym at 5:30 am each weekday and start out with Calisthenics for my 903 reps in 30 mins workout that I designed for me. Then I do my body part/s of the day. I also do a calis/lifting combo workout now. I have had great gains and a mega source of of energy and endurance.
Now, I have many peps younger who like my combo style and 2 train with me. In just 1 month they have gained great strength and their bodies are growing and changing fast. That what motivates me to keep doing this. It really works.
BB Accomplishments:
I had 2 rotator cuff surgeries. I had to start over from scratch. Zero pounds on the Smith machine. BTW: The Smith Machine is my hero. As of 9-4-08, I have maxed 250 on bench press. For me that is a major accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
1. I have genetic Hypertension. Trying to stay active to keep pressure down and stay active without taking medication.
2. To feel good about myself and look better. Get stronger and keep healthy.
In case many were wondering how many reps I do within my 30 minute supersetting calisthenic routine. I did the math and to a suprise to myself, it came up to 903 reps.
Here is the breakdown. I usually do them in sets or sessions of 3 back to back 6x with 1 minute rest in between each 3...

I have been SUPER busy with school but I have been keeping up with my workouts but I have not had much time for anything else. I am having fun though. Talk to you soon.
Cheers mate. I really appreciate what you said. I still have a long way to go though. Hopefully I'll get to 90kg soon. I strained my shoulder recently which is a minor set-back. I've learnt to warm-up now!!
thanks heaps for the comments mate. have fun with the street training!! sometimes i go down to the park down the road and do pullups and dips on the monkey bars thanks to those ghetto workout vids you showed me hahah and its good 2 have that variation to your workout so thanks for that man.

Sup man! on back and shoulder day I’m trying to throw in as much of those workouts as i can, I feel my body get a lot more heated when I do those workouts and I feel like it's working better, I need to view the video to try to accomplish more things. I can do the pull up with throwing your body over the bar about 5 times; once I got the form down I’m finally able to do that.

No bro i forgot all about that man dont worry, nothin new has been happenin really so i havnt had anything to talk about lol, my shoulders are good enough now and ive been doin pull ups again but im havin a hip prob now and its pullin my groin so the trainer told me to take it easy and i had to sit out prac today for the first time ever! Im pretty pissed but i needed a break, wats up with u man?

No it's not good...I'm having problems getting back on the grind man!!!! It's been a rough three weeks... just not motivated. Need to be about it! But I got some supplements today and I'm going to get back on my thang!!!!! Good luck to you.....:)
Thanks homie, I've lost a couple of weight that's why. But I'm gaining the weight back; I upped my carb intake and dirty bulking it lol. Your arm is looking solid, keep it up!! good job Rico.
