Overall Goal: Thursday, March 5, 2009 was 1 year since I got seriously back into training. I have lost 20 lbs and gained back 7 of hopefully muscle. My goal was meet and my goal to gain 20 lbs of muscle is in effect. Let see how it goes.
Fit Status:
Chinups with 50-75 lbs hanging to the body. That = 235 lbs total.
I been training off and on for years. Going in a 6-730 am. No progress. In March, I started going on my lunch hour. 30 minute intense circuit training everyday. 15 minutes a body part. In the last 30 days, I have seen remarkable change, more energy and strength. So my change officially started March 3, 2008.
Why I Love It:
Feels great. Look better. Get stronger and it helps promote better health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I hit the gym at 6:00 am each weekday and start out with Calisthenics for my 450 reps in 15 mins workout that I designed for me. Then I do my body parts of the day. I also do a calis/lifting combo workout now. I have had great gains and a mega source of of energy and endurance.
BB Accomplishments:
I had double rotator cuff surgeries. I had to start over from scratch. Bar pounds only on the Smith machine. BTW: The Smith Machine is my hero. As of 9-4-08, I have maxed 250 on bench press. For me that is a major accomplishment.

Give a boy a barbell, and he will train for a day. Teach a boy how to workout and he will train for a lifetime.

Goal (Long):
1. I have genetic Hypertension. Trying to stay active to keep pressure down and stay active without taking medication.
2. To feel good about myself and look better. Get stronger and keep healthy.
Arron is a great friend and he always throws motivating shots at me, that really boost me up and get me going and back on track. He always knows what to say. I appreciate Arron and a friend and a lil brother. I will never forget him. Thanks Arron, you totally rock, lil brother.
Greg has been there for me and has helped me through alot of tough BB moments and gave me the encouragement I needed. Also he has helped me get my diet on track. Even when he was away from BB for a while, he kept in touch and let me know how he was doing, and this help keep me motivated to keep going, no matter what. Greg Tyler, you totally rock. Thanks my brother.
So today I made my goal on the leg press. 1000 lbs on the leg press. That really made my day. I am so hype over this. This may seem like very light work for some bodybuilders, but for me this was a great feat. I am very proud of myself. Especially since I been training for a year last week and...
Sup dude, just thought I'd tell yuh what I was up to...so I have been slowly puttin on some mass and now I think I am ready to try a mild weight gianer shake. I think I am going to go with Real Mass from Universal Nutrition! Plan on taking anywhere from 1-2 servings a day which would help me get an extra 500-1000 cals or so a day. Just thought I'd tell yuh cuz im excited lol and things are goin good now!
Yes sir. I actually don't have a goal, just keep lifting really. Ha yea I'm hoping I can gain the weight, then cut it effectively. And same for you, if there's a will, there's a way. You can do it bro!
Ah it's just been giving me trouble from time to time. But the pain gets to be a little more and I increase the weight. I'm just watching it now and seeing if i stretch it before a workout helps and if I workout my back more. Ow man, both shoulders? Sheesh. Well congrats on the recovery bro. Ha just 10 more pounds to go. I've been eating like crazy.
Lol yeah a bunch of food distresses the ol stomach, maybe you can digest in some digestive enzymes or probiotics to help digest ur food. But anyways that sounds like fun, lets see what you can do!
long time Rico hows it all going ma man.
Things on my side are ok, i went on holiday and since then i've just stopped training like how i was before and the diet is not good, but im getting back my focus and hitting up the gyms again.
hows it all going with you though, hope all is well.

Thanks a lot man! It feels good and glad things are going good for you cuz busy is better than bored haha...I know you are still pushin so keep up the hard work!
hahahah idk, i think you have me beat in arms, they have been lagging lately which is suprising because usually they grow fast for me, and my legs are bound to blow up soon cause ive never trained them seriously for more than 1 or 2 months lol
"im going to go back to the routine that gave me my greatest gains, just make it more intense. everything will be worked once a week, except for abs, and i am absolutely going to kill myself. i keep on recieving complinments everyday how i look "huge" and i keep getting bigger, but im not satisfied at all with where i am, before spring i will be around 225, max 315 on bench, deadlift high 300s, squat mid to high 300s, and have 17 inch arms (or in the middle of spring). i will do this."
yea, i know, but around here all my friends are tanks lol 225 and up, so even tho others consider me "big" i definately dont (i quote what i just posted in my log about this in my next comment) and its also one of my goals to be a monster lol. im just gonna hard bulk until 225ish range and cut over spring and become ripped and big
hahah it should def work for you, im just trying to get to 225lbs as fast as possible, but cardio to keep from becoming a fatty lol. you will be 175 in no time
hey man , well i think its because whenever you go to a gym in egypt they tell you literally : ''you will transform your body in 3 months'' . so maybe its a psychological thing too , but im not sure . i hope i can get big , but it gets hard to eat with the university and the work . you look great man , thanks alot for the comment.
im glad to hear that your doing alright, you'll still blow up without a workout partner. thanks, next time i post pics in 1 month or 2 i hope to blow everyone away
