Hey, I checked the new pics... lookin about the same - maybe a bit leaner. You can get lean if you wanna. x your body weight by 15 and then subtract 250-500 from that # that will be your Cals for Low carb days and then the # you get initially will be your Cals for a High carb day. Do 3 Lows/1 high/repeat. Keep lifting heavy like you've been and try if you have time to get on that bike for 45 min 5x a week. 2-3 months of that and you'll be ripped up lookin, bro :)
Thanks, man! Are ya gonna put up a new pic to show progress? How long have you been cutting? By the looks of your Sept. pics if you cut for 2-3 months you should be pretty ripped. Are you doin cardio to cut or just dieting?
