I can knock out around 110 pushups straight up. I usually tough it out by resting in the pushup postition for a few and can throw out about 25 more. I also have the Pefect Pushup bars which helps with variety. Pullups I do about 50 at once. The real trick is to do as many as you can, count to 15 and repeat for five to ten sets. Dips are also something you may wanna try.
