Eating big and clean for Wendler/Metcon
April 29.2013 Will aim for 2.5k cals on workout days and 2k on non workout days. But will be eating a solid amount of protein which I will track. Looking to do about 1.5g per bodyweight. Carbs will be stopped after noon and oats will be after work outs. Will try to keep fat to a mimimum.
9 weeks of eating clean, and alot. Going to try to take in over 3k cals, focusing on protein, carbs early in the day and after workouts, with simple fats. Am not macroings really.
*1/22 Im going to drop calories, and add in 20 minutes cardio before and after workouts. Add in ab workouts on leg and bis day.Dropping calories, high protein, carbs before and after workouts, low fats.
