I want to get down to under 12 Stone,hopefully by september .Then see if i have the required six pack,if not i will carry on dieting till i get down to 8-10% bodyfat.
After that i will try an start a clean bulk aiming for 3lb a month.Until i get to 13 Stone,then i will reasess and see were i want to take it from there.
