Just happened to hang out with some friends one day who had been into for a few years. I tagged along and was hooked. :)
Why I Love It:
The feeling of actually using my body for good, rather than evil. ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
By having realized in a short amount of time with just a few simple changes, great things can happen. Having seen part of that change has made me desire more of it, and to never go back to where I was Dec. 07.

First picture taken. This is what I'm starting with.
Well the name says it all. While I haven't gained a considerable amount of weight back, I've not slimmed down or progressed like I should have. I need this to motivate me back into becoming a hardcore gym rat.
To get going again, training everyday and eating right.
Goal (Long):
My main goal is to just live healthier each and every day. To exercise every day. If I can't make it to the gym, no big deal. I can go for a walk, or go swimming. Just need the daily exercise.
So I picked up this book through this site, and it arrived to me last week. Since then I've read it in it's entirety. Although I didn't read it front to back. I would skip ahead to exercises I wanted to read about first, second, and so on.
For the most part it doesn't offer any exercises...
Mondays: Chest and Cardio
Tuesday: Back/Shoulders and Cardio
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Arms and Cardio
Friday: Legs and Cardio
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: Cardio

It was a really hardnight!
motivation was lack luster during squats,
which equals failure.
myself and 2plates went to the deck! not bad just dropped down to the safety rack.
disappointing
but did the rest tell absolute failure.

im so happy to be back in the gym consistantly. i ve made it happen again, found the time and pushed alot of the supererogatory aspects out of my concern where they belong. my shoulders feel greast today! good workout good meals.
the contestents of the olympia were in great form. wolf and the x-man were seriously towering above allothers!
I am happy about the change in appeal pertaining to over all structure and shape. Its changing the standard de rigueur these guys strive for.

Yeah I kinda know how you feel. I dont let mine slip but for a few days. Usually for about a week is all, and then I get back in the gym and I stay pretty consistent with my diet. I attempted close grip pull ups for the first time yesterday and was able to do 6 sets of 10. I never would of thunk it!haha
