Just happened to hang out with some friends one day who had been into for a few years. I tagged along and was hooked. :)
Why I Love It:
The feeling before during and after a workout is absolutely amazing!
How I Stay Motivated:
By having realized in a short amount of time with just a few simple changes, great things can happen. Having seen part of that change has made me desire more of it, and to never go back to where I was Dec. 07.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 50 lbs. since I started.
Forum Signature:
Goal #1: Stay Focused on short/long term goals
Goal #2: Continue eating clean
Goal #3: Keep exercising
Get below 300 lbs! I was so close once before but fell off the wagon. Time to jump back on and push through!
Goal (Long):
My main goal is to just live healthier each and every day. To exercise every day. If I can't make it to the gym, no big deal. I can go for a walk, or go swimming. Just need the daily exercise.
Tiff was one of the first people here to help encourage me. She's a great person, with a great personality and an inspiration to me and I'm sure many others. :)
There's a lot of debate about this. Some say that working out at home gives you a greater flexibility as far as what time you need to workout, whereas working out at a gym gives you much more options as far as equipment and versatility.
I'm going onto my third year of trying to live healthier...
Thanks for gettin' thru the whole video LOL! I made the form myself, customized from one I got from MaxMuscle years ago. They might still have theirs on their website, or you can download mine here:

Good luck with your goals!
yea..but it wouldnt be a challenge without ups & downs, and everyone would be ripped & fit. you clearly have the discipline & desire to do this..you'll get back there!! i get mad @ myself when i backslide but then i think of how far i've come..it makes me more determined b/c i see that i can do it. keep going..you are an inspiration!
thank you! it's going pretty slow but i guess i can't complain..btw you're doin pretty well yourself!! i like how you set daily goals for yourself like exercising every day..i find myself making excuses a lot. thanks again..keep it up!!!
RIT,DIT!

I also just finshed legs.
It was a really hardnight!
motivation was lack luster during squats,
which equals failure.
myself and 2plates went to the deck! not bad just dropped down to the safety rack.
disappointing
but did the rest tell absolute failure.
im dead!
thats legs day i guess
that is what makes it the best.
im so happy to be back in the gym consistantly. i ve made it happen again, found the time and pushed alot of the supererogatory aspects out of my concern where they belong. my shoulders feel greast today! good workout good meals.
the contestents of the olympia were in great form. wolf and the x-man were seriously towering above allothers!
I am happy about the change in appeal pertaining to over all structure and shape. Its changing the standard de rigueur these guys strive for.
