How I Stay Motivated:
ITs a lifestyle now the most motivation I have is feeling bad about myself when I dont workout. Working out keeps me feeling good so that is my motivation

My Goals are to stay healthy and in shape increase my lean muscle mass while developing a stronger abdominal(need better 6 pack). NOw that I am 35 getting older fitness to me is more important than ever!
I use a basic old scholl workout program. I do not set days on when to do certain bodyparts sometimes I dont even now what I am going to do until I get to the gym. Depending how I feel and how much energy I have and how crowded the gym is will determine my workout.
Hey Rick, so you turned 35 this year too? Looks like you've been working out longer and harder than I have. I started in 99, before I hit the big 3-0. Great abs, man! That's what I need to work on. Good luck with your goals. Set em high and reach em!
