Went to Thailand on Business (treated more like holiday), lost a little bit of weight and now ready to get back to the grind stone. Usually im upset if I lose any weight but im actually quite calm and not too disappointed... not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing. Either way im relaxed...

My advice after being stationed in Hawaii (94-97): Play Tourist Often! Hit the Luaus, hit the other islands, do all the things that are easy to overlook when you're just "living" there. And Congrats on your progress in the gym!
