Background

When I Started: May 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I was a heavy drug user for 7 years and decided I need a change in my life. I quit cold turkey May 10th, 2011 and never looked back. =)

WHY I LOVE IT:

I feel great after a good workout, I feel good when I go out knowing my body is in better shape then it has been in years. My lungs no longer kill me when I breathe.
