I'm trying to lose 91 lbs in 7 months and go from 331 down to 240.
Goal (Long):
Lose 15 lbs a month on average and get to my goal of 240LBS.
I will be competing in the 2010 INBF WA State natural bodybuilding contest. My goal is to win my class, because I don't shoot for second place and am a winner at heart. It is a big goal but I will make it.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
A steam room, lots of equipment that's new. And a gym that isn't anything like LA Fitness with 7,000 members most of which don;t really work out but just try to look tight and pick up girls.
