Sick of seeing my fatass self in the mirror.
Sick of seeing others call me "skinny", though I was skinny fat by all means.
I read some articles on bodybuilding.com in the past, and finally thought to check it out and apply it to myself. Also, T-Nation.com was a great resource. I love you Chad Waterbury!(no homo)
Technically, below is how I started in 1998, but I didn't seriously start until late 2006 Lol, I would have trouble curling 15 lbs then.
Uncle? gave me a 10 lbs dumbell for my birthday...I didn't use it much...but eventually started to. Several years passed before trying anything seriously.

James, I focus mostly on heavy compound exercises, such as a 5x5 rep/set formula.
Bench, incline, overhead for tris
Bent over rows and chinups for bis
I also do a bit of close grip and EZ bar curls, but still stay around 6-8 reps on those, sometimes maxing out as well. I only do a few sets and grow from it, I'm not big on doing 5+ sets for isolation.

Hey richie, just curious, what does your bicep/tricep workout consist of. Ive been trying for the past 8 months with no luck, still stuck at 14-15 in arms.
Looking good, that's a proper bodybuilding pose right there, but in order to improve wait until no one's home I enjoy separating m&m's into color groups and pretending they're little villages of people with their own economic and social problems, and then I try to fix them through free trade agreements and other diplomatic measures. What are your hobbies?
