Sick of seeing my fatass self in the mirror.
Sick of seeing others call me "skinny", though I was skinny fat by all means.
I read some articles on bodybuilding.com in the past, and finally thought to check it out and apply it to myself. Also, T-Nation.com was a great resource. I love you Chad Waterbury!(no homo)
Technically, below is how I started in 1998, but I didn't seriously start until late 2006 Lol, I would have trouble curling 15 lbs then.
Uncle? gave me a 10 lbs dumbell for my birthday...I didn't use it much...but eventually started to. Several years passed before trying anything seriously.
