How I Started:
I've always been into basketball. I've been playin since the 6th grade. I've always tried to stay in shape but i've always been a lil heavy set. I also stopped workin out and hoopin as much. Now im jus tryin to get back into shape and shed some pounds while i'm at it...
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel after finishing up a work out. That burn you get lets you know you actually did something to better yourself.

was up. According to the stats i have been keeping I am losing 1.5 to 2 pounds every 7-10 days. Not bad. Realisticly thats the max per week so I'm happy.
