Hi I saw ur thread about inner chest. I noticed if i flex i see a gap in my chest at the bottom. and I saw the review about if there is muscle it will build,but if their is just bone u cant do anything. Im just curious if you felt muscle before it was built or just bone I feel bone but also my pecs arnt defined yet.. im trying to do anything to build it up cause the line in the middle is whole point in chest to me. If you have any info or advise please tell me.
