Bodybuilding has become my lifestyle. I love the satisfaction. I love the burning sensation of strenght growing. I see weight traing as not just lifting weights, but a constant struggle to put yourself up to the challenge. every day have something to improve on. Every last once of energy to be spent. I love bodybuilding because it has changed the way I think and feel. I want a challenge, and everyday I get that in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
All My pain, All my determination, All my passion, All the temptation to quit. To just give up and I didn't. I suffered to become a better person. I want my story to be know. it can be done! there is no secret or magic pill, all it takes is self motivation. You have to find what drives you and never think twice about slowing down. I committed myself to six months of weight training every day, cardio every morning at 5:30 a.m. I was gasping for air while you were sleeping, I was contracting that last rep while you were playing video games. I was eating tuna and brown rice while you were ordering pizza. I found myself and I found that when you put your mind to something nothing will get in your way. F**k everything that trys to put you down, In the end it is you and your will power. I was my motivation and inspiration. I want you to challenge yourself to become not just good but great. I want to show you how I did it and share my story so you can have one of your own. If you have a buring desire to do something great, I want to help you get started so hit me up at 2102966266. This is me at 16 years old. I underwent shoulder surgery and gained an excessive amout of weight. I was miserable at 215 pounds and knew something need to be done.
I worked so hard and so much temptation. I never quit! this is me now at 155 pounds from 215 just a short while ago.
