Improve defenition in my arms and chest and get bigger.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to be big and strong as in my opinion all men should be strong and muscular. I always admired people like Arnold Schwarzenegger and was amazed at what they could do with their bodies. I want my arms and chest to be bulging out of my shirts, i would be so proud if i could look like that. In about a year i want to be about 190 pounds with 10% body fat.
