Im about 158lbs and around 10-10.5% body fat at this moment and starting my first week of my new 10 week program bulking cycle then a 12 week cutting cycle. Goal-170 lbs, under 8.5% body fat

I'm suprised your knees aren't shot too. That is nice you are able to lift weavy. One of my friends who was a picture (elbow and shoulder issues) can't do a lot of exercises because of past injuries. Life on my end is good -thanks for asking.
