A year ago this month I was near 270 Lbs with High BP, High Cholesterol, and Possible Diabetic. So I paid a visit to the Poulsbo, WA Maxx Nutrition Now 1 year later exactly my Dr. gives me a clean bill of health, and I'm off all medications. And remember Team Poynter WWW.fitnesspoynters.com
Why I Love It:

My new winter 2009 plan is to put on 25 Lbs of mass, eating clean, high protein, and hitting the weights 5 days a week. Then in the spring try to cut. Since I've never really done any of this it should be a fun experience. And remember Team Poynter WWW.fitnesspoynters.com

So 8 months ago I started lifting weights again, and when I started I couldn't even bench 140 Lbs. I set a goal to bench over 300 by new years, and tonight i did 2 sets of 5 reps @ 305 Lbs. Moral of this story (if you dream it you can achieve it)

We'll be starting the diet on the same day - would you like to keep track and compare results - I wouldn't mind an accountablility partner-it's always better to "suffer" with somebody else. Doing all my shopping for food on sunday and then cooking a mexican style beef brisket for dinner as my last treat. There's nothing like cumin, corn tortillias and refried beans to set you up for success for a diet. Have a good Thxgiving. talk to ya soon
