How I Started:
I always thought I was kind of strong until I got to High School. I had never Lifter weights before, I tried lifting and I got hooked on it. Now I am learning about the human body, and how to build it.
Why I Love It:

I watch alot of UFC. And i want to look even more fit then them.
BB Accomplishments:
Well in the last 6 weeks i have gained 14 pounds on The Mass Stack. and my bench press is 155 for 5 reps, and squating about 215.
I start every workout with running on either the treadmill or on the elliptical. And every night I do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups.
