How I Started:
I always thought I was kind of strong until I got to High School. I had never Lifter weights before, I tried lifting and I got hooked on it. Now I am learning about the human body, and how to build it.
Why I Love It:
Dopamine is the ****. and the sexified outcome is worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch alot of UFC. And i want to look even more fit then them.
BB Accomplishments:
Well in the last 6 weeks i have gained 14 pounds on The Mass Stack. and my bench press is 155 for 5 reps, and squating about 215.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
For post workout supplements I find it best to take a form of Creatine. that is where I use Cellmass.
