How I Started:
Started running 3 times a week at age 33 and lived near a gym. Checked it out and joined. I had back problems and workouts helped a lot.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and in shape. Motivated to improve each year

Schedule my time to workout and stick to it.

Well my pics show it. Have done 7 BB contests now and still motivated at age 60.

Hi Richard - thanksfor asking. I had a great time, felt comfortable on stage, came in 4th out of 4 which was a disappointment, but I had the most entertaining routine! And confirmaton that legs need lots of attention for thenext show. I am doing legs 2x week now and feelingth epain! My goal is to add 2" to legs by the end of April. It seems do-able. How are you doing?

thats pretty diesel man, i change up my routine alot. lately ive been doin alot of havey front squats along with regular squats, stiff leggged dead lifts, seated and lying leg curls, and leg extensions. and i do the stairs when on days i dont do legs alog with ALOT of air squats

Not as much wrestling as I used to... had been doing a fair amount of folkstyle and BJJ, but started getting joint injuries so only hit the mats once in a while any more.
