How I Started: I've started because my body does not have a shape and my body was to flat and skinny without muscle so i decided to start my training at the gym and by bodybuilding.com articles & trainning workout program and helpful tips by friends

Today i've chage my chest and tricep workout routine to see what happen i've done dumbell pullover first to have more pump at my chest....

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
