Today i've chage my chest and tricep workout routine to see what happen i've done dumbell pullover first to have more pump at my chest....

Got ya dude I feel you on the whole six pack thing but why not just aim for an 8 pack? That's what I'm shootin for. Man my buddy that's only 19 has a ****ing 10 pack! (he's big too) I'm not even joking he split his bottom 2 abs in half somehow and has a 10 pack the **** is ridiculous. Haha take it EAZY dude -Kdeazy
