I've started because my body does not have a shape and my body was to flat and skinny without muscle so i decided to start my training at the gym and by bodybuilding.com articles & trainning workout program and helpful tips by friends

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
