How I Started:
Been working on my vertical jump for volleyball and enjoying the weight training side of things.
Why I Love It:
The feeling after a hard workout, and seeing the results slowly appear in the mirror. The gym s also a great place to unwind or tear it up depending on your mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing what shape I want to be in and knowing that if I work hard I can get there.
BB Accomplishments:
None really... I'd eventually love to get a photo in a magazine, but as long as I'm happy with the shape I'm in that's all that matters.

Goal (Long):
I want to get into my ideal shape, that would be Underwear Model or Fitness Model shape. I want to get bodyfat under 10% and increase my vertical jump.

the abs routine was not printed in weekly mens health, but in a book entitled 'essential abs' by the mens health team. it's good for developing core strength - but i want hypertrophy! lots of it! TRAIN INSANE
