How I Started:
Uh... didn't start yet... I guess I'm what you would call a "Resolutioner"... 37 Years old, used to be active (very), up until about 3 years ago I was even a scuba instructor in Mexico. Since then I've been involved with web developing, and it has just become literally too much... I've become physically and mentally stuck at the computer... For reasons very obvious to me, it simply cannot continue this way. Too much coffee, too little nutrition and exercise... I need a big move...

My goal is to get my body as strong as it has never been. And my mind and focus along with it.
Goal (Long):
It is hard to set specific goals at this stage. I know that I weigh 161lbs (73kg) now. At 18 I was at the peak of my health, I weighed 185lbs (84 kg), I was in the military and fit as hell. I haven't taken a proper body fat measurement yet, though it is not dangerously high, I guess around 20%. But I have lost a lot of lean muscle over the last 2 or 3 years, and I have not been getting the nutrition that I need.
So main thing now is to get started. I borrowed Body for Life by Bill Phillips from my sister's bookshelf, and it speaks to me. I knew it. I have never lifted weights before, I've always just been an outdoorsy guy, climbing and running and cycling the mountains. It's been a while though.
I don't want to bulk up too much, not into competing or any of that, but I surely want to transform my body in a big way.
Anyway, I got going here, took my own measurements, posting my before photo's... Read the intro on supplements at the main site, working out a program, researching gyms. I'm not sure I'll be able to afford it, if I can't I will have to start the bodyweight route. Let's see...
