How I Started:
I've always been the skinny little kid and was tired of it. I always felt weak and embarrassed when I had to take my shirt off at the beach or pool. I wanted to change all that. I wanted to feel good about my body, so I decided to start working out.
Why I Love It:
I've only just started but I love the pump you get from lifting weights. I love the soreness you feel after from a good workout. When I workout, nothing else matters at that very moment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading/seeing other people who were in the same situation as I am, change/accomplish their goals here on BB.com
I want to reach a goal weight of 160-170lbs by the end of the 2009 year. I want to be muscular and defined with clear ab and chest lines. Essentially, transform my body into something I can be proud of.
