Background

When I Started: Mar 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Truthfully I didn't start falling in love with "The Lift" until about a year ago(2008). But since being on this site and meeting all these great people, I have opened my eyes to an entirely new perspective to fitness. I love everything about the fitness world, from the great people to the positive energy you give and receive from everyone! I currently work in the rehabilitaion aspect of Sports Medicine but will branch out into the Fitness Trainer world. My goals and ambitions are endless and I can't wait to reach them one after another!

WHY I LOVE IT:

The pump, burn, sweat, aches, grunts, looks, bonebreaking workouts, and goofy duck walking after leg days! Is there anything better? I THINK NOT!!!

Comfortable Regret?

The key to change is to let go of fear! So many of us including MYSELF at times, never allow ourselves to take the step towards something greater because of the FEAR OF CHANGE! We've become so dependent on where we're at and what we are most comfortable in that we won't allow ourselves to move on to the next chapter of greatness! If you think you are meant for something more, something BIGGER, then push the fear aside and take a chance! If you don't then all you're left with is comfortable regret, and I'm sorry but I will NEVER be comfortable with regret and neither should YOU!

Biceps and Triceps Superset for those short on time

Hey ya'll!  So my buddy Donte and I are taking this Cert class and its killing our energy levels for the gym!  So I decided we should kill a quick superset to get in and out so we could catch same Z's!  Little did I know it was gonna be a crazy energy packed workout of shirt sleeve busting proportions!  LOL  Here's what we did!



- Straight Bar Tricep Pull downs 3 x 15-20reps

- Cambered Bar Bicep Curls with full elbow ext 3 x 10-12



- Skull Crushers 4 x 12-15

Single Arm Lateral Raises 3 x 15reps Weight: 35lbs



Upright Rows on smith Machine 3 x 15-20 Weight: 115lbs

Sitch101 Hi,watched your video & now very motivated. But there are a few things confusing me.You said you get all your carbs from veggies after 12pm, but in the nutrition plan below the video it has brown rice in meal 6 of the day..? Also you say you do back&biceps on one day of the week etc, but then in the training program below the video it has each muscle group on their own day of the week.As the link provided in the video just redirects back to bodybuilding.com homepage.Thanks man!!
