i used to wrestle in high school and getting my ass kicked all over the mat motivated me to keep lifting weights and to get stronger cuz i wasnt having it anymore!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its an addiction its something I have to do to make my day go well, and its a good way of dealing with stress, in plus u meet all the hot women n the gym, the gym is where the parties are at
How I Stay Motivated:
I take a look n the mirror every morning to keep myself wanting to put on muscle, and I js can't skip the gym

Goal (Long):
I want to become a certified personal trainer and then i would like to open up my own gym with my a buddy of mind aka also my workout partner as a co owner!!
She is definitely a hottie thats for sure, she has some amazing abs and a stunning physique and guess what only 20yrs of age she is a raising star js hoping i can follow her
she is so hot how could you not be inspired by her she is 47yrs old and doesnt look it she has amazing definition and size and guess what i would take her out on a date that makes her really special im only 20yrs old and i find her attractive so she is what every man wants and her body is stunning
So i was doing my cardio today and i fell down and i heard a pop and my hamstring is hurting really bad, i want to know if anyone has pulled there hamstring before and if so how did u know u pulled it and it wasnt js a cramp?? and how long did it take you to recover from it??

heyy stud.. its goin good.. jus at a stand still for the past 3 weeks so im gettin frustrated but im sick.. i got a sinus infection ughkk.. so hopefully by monday ima start feeling better and then start changing my diet to see if thats the prob of y im at a stand still.. hows ur day goin <3
