i used to wrestle in high school and getting my ass kicked all over the mat motivated me to keep lifting weights and to get stronger cuz i wasnt having it anymore!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its an addiction its something I have to do to make my day go well, and its a good way of dealing with stress, in plus u meet all the hot women n the gym, the gym is where the parties are at
How I Stay Motivated:
I take a look n the mirror every morning to keep myself wanting to put on muscle, and I js can't skip the gym

Goal (Long):
I want to become a certified personal trainer and then i would like to open up my own gym with my a buddy of mind aka also my workout partner as a co owner!!
She is definitely a hottie thats for sure, she has some amazing abs and a stunning physique and guess what only 20yrs of age she is a raising star js hoping i can follow her
to be so got damn goregous and attractive and totally fit and healthy at her age i mean damn how could you not be inspired and emotionally happy for her she definitely could get my number if she wanted it (you want it) lol great wrk hope theres more to see keep it up
So i was doing my cardio today and i fell down and i heard a pop and my hamstring is hurting really bad, i want to know if anyone has pulled there hamstring before and if so how did u know u pulled it and it wasnt js a cramp?? and how long did it take you to recover from it??
