Why I Love It:
Working out is a way to relieve stress and after working out the feeling of exhaustion mixed with fatigue is a great feeling. Knowing you pushed yourself as hard as you can go until your muscles give out. Waking up in the morning not able to lift your arms up all the way or not being able to walk straight. Just being able to tell someone that you are one of the ones that worked out that day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly viewing other bodybuilders on the web. Bodyspace mostly and looking at the muscletech website almost everyday just to view the Athlete section and products. My teaher works out too so she comes in everyday and we converse about working out so she also keeps me highly motivated.

Compete 3-5% body fat Bench 350 by the end of 2009

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
45-60 seconds of rest just to prepare my mind and body for the next set.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 reps per set. 10 reps push me and makes sure that I struggle through each set. 15 reps would show that the weight is to light.
