Heavy Lifting first thing in the morning and last thing at night

Monday:

shoulders and arms workout 3 exercises of your choosing 3x 8-12 morning and night. Plus 60 situps a day

Tuesday: 

Rest

Wednesday:

Legs and back exercises any of your choosing 3x 8-15 moring and night. plus 60 situps a day

Thursday:

Chest only on thursday 5x 8-10 plus 60 situps a day

Friday:

medicine ball and kettlebell workouts any exercise of your choosing 50 on each. plus 60 situps

Saturday:

repeat mondays workouts

Sunday:

Rest
