How I Started:
I started when I was 19. And I have been going on and off for years.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. I love doing research about different exercises and nutrition. If you have any info you would like to share I would love to hear it!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and I are doing it together this time. I've always tackled my weight alone. Its been much easier and more fun having a partner to discuss my program with!
BB Accomplishments:
Today its my diet. Ive done really good with figuring it out.
I want to keep my curves and tighten my whole body.
Goal (Long):
I have been on a roller coaster of diets my entire life. The result has always been the same. Now that Im done having children Im ready to have a body Ive always dreamed of.
Most of all I want to show my children that being healthy doesnt have to be hard. Its a lifestyle.
She proves that you dont have to be in your 20's to be beautiful and fit. I stalk her answers in the forums on nutrition and training. She is extremly knowledgable and always encouraging to every newbie!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
The stair machine. I sweat more in 20min than 30 or 40 on an elliptical

What is your cardio exercise plan?
On the days I lift I do between 25min and 40min. The lesser on the day that I do legs. And On my 4th day I just do cardio usually about 50min between 3 machines.
When I first started my bodyspace page I put up pictures and graphed my weight loss only starting from the beginning of this year. But in reality I started loosing weight right after I had my daughter in 2006. After talking to my husband I decided that it would give maybe give some of you...
I just stopped by to wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goals. From where you were to where you are now shows tremendous determination and strength of spirit. You are a wonderful inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless
