How I Started:
I started working out to put on some size for basketball.Once my hoop dream died exercise had become a way of life.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is constant growth physically.And I think if you are not growing in life be it mentally socially that you are dead or dying.
How I Stay Motivated:
By knowing that I will be dead one day,and there is no moment more important then now.

Recently I read a a fitness mag about 36 hour fast once a week,and decided to try it.I was surprised the response my body had to it so I decicded to do a five day juice fast nd was amazed.It was not easy it takes discipline like anything worth doing.But I cut ten pounds of fat in five days...
