jgreystoke Hi King Ferdinand! Sorry I've been away from the site and didn't reply sooner. If your squat is ahead of your dead then usually either your leverages are much more suited to the squat, or your squats are really half squats or similar. Except for Olympic Weightlifters and the like, you don't have to squat below parallel. And to up your strength and power and mass, you don't even have to hit parallel.
