How I Started:
I was an out of shape high school student, started going to the gym, I enjoyed it, lost some weight then I quit until I got to college. First year was a little rough but I really buckled down for year 2.
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I have control over what I look like. Too many people complain about the way they look and won't do anything about it when in reality the only thing holding them back is themselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to prepare a lot of meals in advance so I have to eat them. I also make sure that I pack a solid lunch every day, even if it isn't the greatest tasting, once I get to work I have no choice but to eat it. If I ever find myself losing interest I will buy a new supplement, that will usually kickstart my motivation.

hey i saw your comment on the rep, how's that situation working out for you? i just started working out a few days ago, got tired of all the excuses i was making for myself and got started on a routine with a friend who used to build. feels good so far.
