Bodybuilding is just something I have fallen in love with. Lifting weights, eating a strict variety of foods, taking supplements, learning how the body works; it all amazes me, pretty much consuming my life, lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that it takes hard work to truly accomplish something of importance or of high standards. If I eat right, sleep right and train right I know I will accomplish my goals no matter how large they seem.

Thanks for the comment. I look at myself in the mirror and can’t see much change it motivation to be encouraged by my bodybuilding family. I work out alone and enjoy it very much that way. I have a one minute hour glass that keeps me pushed along. You need to stay motivated and keep up the good work. Bill Pearl says that it’s not an option you just do it.
Revlis - thanx man. Stay positive buddy. Persistance is what brings the winner in bbng. Maybe it is time to shake up your routine. Periodize a little and shock the muscles with less weight but high reps to failure. I did that once and muscles was soooooooo sore the next day. Stay focussed and train HARD buddy...In Christ, Gert

Revlis, nah man, just stay focussed. You got a lot of testosterone at your age, so eating and training to grow WILL have a big impact. I suggest you relook especially your dieting program. Fine tune it and look out for samples of other successfull bbdrs diets to compare against. Then make sure you train to failure EVERY time, to SHOCK those muscles into growth. Yeah it's so unfortunate that so many people aspire to look/sound good in the eyes of the world and is to shy to admit their love to God and their wife/girlfriend, because they are scared the world would look down on them.
