Overall Goal: Currently training for powerlifting competitions. Hoping to bump up to 198 in the next year or so and compete in the open division. Some goals to shoot for over the next few years would be a 600 lb squat, 375 bench press, and 600 lb deadlift.

I needed to gain some weight for freshman football, I had never really lifted weights before this. I was 15 at this point.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the strength aspect mostly but of course its always nice to look good at the beach or turn some heads.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm not sure actually, I think now its just habitual, I feel guilty if I don't work out and down if I'm not reaching any goals I have.
BB Accomplishments:
None to speak of, I don't plan on ever competeing for bodybuilding, but do enjoy the occasional powerlifting competition at a local gym.

Goal (Long):
My lifts are a little short of what I'd like them to be right now. I'm currently training raw and would like to increase my base strength by a good amount. It would be nice to squat 495, bench 320 and deadlift around 550 by August 09.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
